Abstract

This study explores the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in shaping future labor markets, focusing on its economic implications and the necessary policy responses. As AI continues to advance, it is fundamentally transforming the nature of work, driving both job displacement and the creation of new opportunities across various sectors. While AI offers significant potential for enhancing productivity and economic growth, it also raises critical challenges, including wage polarization, income inequality, and a widening skills gap. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing expert interviews, case studies, and policy analysis to examine how AI is influencing labor markets and to identify strategies for managing its impact.
